The thing that is great about working
out is being able to change up the workout every
time you are in the gym. This means in order to

Spider-man push up is as follows: a) Assume the
regular push up stance and descend in the
standardized fashion (inhaling oxygen); b) Take one
leg off the ground and bend it at ninety degrees to
the side; c) Perform the push up in ascending manner
bringing the leg back to its initial position. (You
will be exhaling this time as you do so.)
2. Repeat the routine as just
described; however use the other leg on the second
go-around.
3. You will want to repeat the
exercise 12 reps: Six times for each leg.
The next variation push up which
will allow you to build muscle fast is referred to
as the T-Push Up.
Perform the exercise in the following manner:
1. Assume a standard push up form
inhaling oxygen as you descend.
2. Push up (and exhale) when you ascend lifting one
arm upwards (straight) and holding it for two
seconds.
3. Lower arm when you descend.
4. Repeat the same action however this time using
the other arm.
5. Perform the exercise for 12 reps: Or six times
for each arm. You will be performing the exercise
alternating between your right and left arm.
Many persons enjoy the
entertaining push ups when developing various
strength-training routines. You may incorporate the
push ups along with other exercises in order to
attain the ultimate workout. However, at first, you
naturally will want to make certain you do well
performing the push ups.
Do not perform only these since
strength-training is all about employing a number of
styles of exercises within differing session-based
